Live DTF printing in Las Vegas

The same Orange County crew and equipment, running Las Vegas events without subcontractors.

Las Vegas is the trade show capital of the country, and it's the market our travel model was built for: a flat $900 travel fee, transfers and garments produced in Orange County and shipped ahead, and a crew that makes the drive so often the LVCC loading docks feel like a second shop.

Where we press in Vegas

  • Las Vegas Convention Center — booth press lines for exhibitors who need badge-scan traffic, planned around the LVCC's drayage and power-order deadlines.
  • Strip hotel ballrooms and expo halls — corporate summits, dealer meetings, and incentive events from Mandalay Bay to the Wynn.
  • Off-Strip venues — warehouse activations and festival footprints where the station runs on generator power (we spec the draw for your power vendor).
  • Multi-show programs — exhibitors doing CES-to-SEMA seasons keep one station spec and reuse it all year; we store the booth kit between shows on request.

Vegas-specific planning notes

Two things separate Vegas from home-market events. First, union and drayage rules: convention properties here have firm jurisdictions over freight and rigging, so we scope what our crew handles versus what routes through the show contractor — and put it in the quote, not in a surprise invoice. Second, ship-ahead logistics: transfers travel to the advance warehouse two weeks out, which is why Vegas events want artwork locked about a week earlier than a local job. Everything else — the throughput math, the cost structure, the crew — is identical to what we run at home.
