National conference series, multi-city tours, and one-off events anywhere in the US work on the same model as Las Vegas: transfers and garments produced in Orange County and shipped ahead, crew and presses traveling to the venue. The $900 flat travel fee covers our four-market region's edges; farther destinations are quoted with real freight and flight numbers, not padded mystery fees. Consistency is the reason clients tour with us — the station in Austin looks exactly like the one in Anaheim.
Booking rhythm matters more with distance: give traveling events three weeks where a local one might squeak by on two. Start with your city and date and we'll confirm feasibility same-day.
