Brand activations
Merch your guests make is content your brand keeps
An activation lives or dies on what people film. A live press gives every guest a fifteen-second arc — choose, press, peel — that ends with your logo on their chest and your event on their feed.
Designed for the camera
The peel is a fifteen-second story
We build activation stations differently than expo lines. Lighting matters. Sight lines matter. The press faces the crowd, the reveal happens at eye level, and the design menu is scarce on purpose — three graphics tied to the campaign, maybe one that's only pressed after 9pm.
- Colorways and drops timed to your run-of-show — a “midnight menu” creates a second wave of traffic.
- Garment quality that matches the brand: heavyweight tees, fleece, or totes, not gift-bag filler.
- Crew in your event's dress code, comfortable working in front of phones and press.
Formats
Three activation formats we run constantly
Launch parties
Product drops and tour stops where the print run is scoped to the RSVP list — when they're gone, they're gone, and that scarcity is the story.
Retail pop-ups
A press inside a store or pop-up shell, running short daily windows. Foot traffic converts to line traffic, and the bag they leave with is one they watched get made.
Sponsor zones
Festival and sports sponsorship footprints where the exchange is simple: engage with the brand, walk away wearing it. Add a hat bar or sticker station for a second lane.
What agencies ask us first
Usually: “can it keep up with 400 guests in three hours?” Yes — that's a two-press station with four crew, and the honest math is in our 500-guest planning guide. Second question: “can the print quality carry a premium brand?” DTF is the reason the answer is yes — photorealistic color, soft hand, and wash durability that outlives the campaign. Third: “will it work in our weird venue?” A rooftop, a warehouse, a showroom floor — if there's a standard outlet and eight feet of clearance, we've probably already done it. The gallery is the receipts.
